The short answer

Putler pulls orders from PayPal, Stripe, Braintree and other gateways, plus WooCommerce, Shopify, Amazon, eBay and Etsy, then merges duplicate customers and converts every currency so you see one set of sales, product and customer figures. It suits course sellers, plugin shops and stores that mix one-time and recurring sales, and it lets your team issue refunds without logging into each gateway. Prices follow your revenue each month, from $20 for up to $10K, so the bill grows as you do. Pure SaaS companies get deeper subscription reporting from ChartMogul. Putler also doesn't publish its data source limits or offer refunds.

Main features

Merged data from every account
Connect several PayPal, Stripe or store accounts and Putler combines them, removes duplicate orders and matches a customer whose PayPal email differs from the one in your cart. It also records one-time payments taken directly in PayPal or Stripe.
Currency and time zone conversion
Orders in different currencies are converted to one base currency, and time zones are lined up, so daily totals from a US store and a European gateway add up correctly. Putler says it handles 36 currencies.
Sales, product and customer reports
Dashboards cover sales trends, a sales heatmap of your best days and hours, a top products leaderboard, frequently bought together items, refund rates and an 80/20 view of the customers who bring in most of your revenue. Putler counts more than 200 metrics.
Subscription metrics
Recurring payments from Stripe, PayPal and other sources are combined into MRR, ARR, churn, upgrades, downgrades and lifetime value, shown beside your one-time sales.
RFM segments and exports
Putler sorts customers by how recently, how often and how much they buy, with groups such as At Risk and Can't Lose. You can filter, save a segment, export it to CSV or sync it to Mailchimp for a campaign.
Refunds and subscription management
Search for a customer or order, then issue a full or partial refund or change a subscription from inside Putler, without opening each gateway.
Team access and business units
Invite team members with roles that limit what they can see and do, and group brands or stores into separate business units with their own reports.
Forecasts and revenue goals
Set a monthly revenue goal and track it against Putler's forecast, or adjust the model to plan 12 months ahead. A weekly email report sums up the numbers.
Chrome extension
Pull up a customer's full Putler profile, with order history and location, while you work in your help desk or CRM.
Inbound API
Send orders from sources Putler doesn't connect to, such as a point-of-sale system, so they appear in the same reports. An outbound API is available case by case at extra cost.

Pricing

US dollar prices from Putler's pricing page, checked November 4, 2026. Putler has no fixed plans: it measures your revenue over each 30-day period and bills the matching tier, so a month at $25K costs $50 and a month at $8K costs $20. When you start paying, checkout charges $1, then Putler tracks the next 30 days and bills the tier you land in. Each tier also allows a set number of data sources, but Putler doesn't publish those numbers. Non-profits, charities and schools can ask for 50% off with proof.
