What is Woofresh and how does it work
Woofresh is a directory of SaaS software and AI tools for people who run a business and need to pick the right tool without spending a week on it.
Each guide answers one question, such as which email marketing tool suits a small online shop, and names the product we would choose for each kind of buyer. Each listing says who the product suits, who should skip it, what it costs and when we last checked those prices.
How we choose
We read the vendor's own pricing and feature pages, try the product where we can, and compare it with the alternatives people usually consider. A product earns a place in a guide because it is a good choice for a specific situation, so most guides name several winners rather than one.
Prices and plans change often, so every listing shows the date its facts were checked. We recheck them at least every six months, and sooner when a vendor tells us something has changed.
How Woofresh makes money
Some "Visit website" buttons are affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Vendors can also pay for a featured spot in a category or a sponsored review, and those are always labelled. Paying never changes a verdict or a rating, and a product can't buy its way into a "best for" pick.
Some products are labelled "Partner". We work closely with these companies, so we say so wherever they appear.
Reviews from users
People who use a product can review it on its listing. We check reviews for spam before they appear and never edit what a reviewer wrote or the rating they gave.
Listing a product
If you make software or an AI tool, you can submit it for free. We review every submission by hand and publish the ones that give buyers enough detail to decide: real pricing, the main features, who it is for and proof that you own the product.
