Klipfolio sells two products. Klips is the dashboard builder it is known for, with 130+ integrations, data modelling and joins, unlimited users on every plan and refresh rates from every four hours down to every minute. PowerMetrics is its newer metric catalog with AI features and an MCP server, priced per user. Klips is expensive for a small team: $120 a month billed yearly buys three dashboards. White labeling costs extra, so agencies sending branded client reports may get better value from a marketing reporting tool.

Connect CRMs, ad platforms, social accounts, Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Sheets and databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL and Oracle. A REST API connection covers services that have no ready-made connector.
Data modelling and joins
Every Klips plan lets you model data and join sources, so a dashboard can combine figures from, say, your CRM and your billing system.

Refresh schedules
Data refreshes every four hours on Base, hourly on Grow, every 15 minutes on Team and up to the minute on Team+. Team plans also let you set a daily time for every source to refresh.
Published links
From the Grow plan you can share a dashboard as a public page, a private unlisted link or a link with a password.
Scheduled reports
Email a snapshot of a dashboard as a PDF or image once or on a schedule. PDF reports are on every plan and scheduling starts on Grow.
White label and custom domain
Every plan can add your logo. A custom domain, custom theme or full white-label bundle is available as a paid add-on.
PowerMetrics metric catalog
Define and certify metrics once, tag them and control who can edit them, so teams report from the same definitions.
