The short answer

DashThis pulls data from Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Google Ads, Meta, Semrush, Moz, Ahrefs and the rest of its 30+ integrations into dashboards you can brand, schedule by email and share from your own domain. Every plan includes white labeling, unlimited users and all integrations, so you pay for the number of dashboards and connected data sources rather than for features. It suits agencies that want reports running without hand-built spreadsheets. It is a reporting layer only: you still need separate tools to research keywords, track rankings or audit sites, and the entry plan's three dashboards fill up quickly.

Choose it if

  • You send each client a monthly report and want it refreshed and emailed automatically
  • Your reports mix SEO with Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn or email data in one dashboard
  • Clients should see your logo, colors and domain, with no DashThis branding anywhere
  • Several people on your team need access and you do not want to pay per seat
  • You want to ask Claude or ChatGPT questions about client numbers through DashThis's MCP connector

Main features

  • 30+ native integrations

Connect Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok Ads, Shopify, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, CallRail and SEO tools including Semrush, Moz, Ahrefs and WebCEO. Google Sheets and CSV uploads cover anything else.

  • Multi-source dashboards

One dashboard can hold widgets from several platforms, and data blending lets you add up figures such as Google Ads and Meta spend into one number.

  • Preset report templates

Start from templates for SEO, PPC, social, ecommerce and other channels, each with its usual metrics already chosen, then clone a finished dashboard for the next client.

  • White label and custom domain

Remove all DashThis branding, add your logo and colors, share reports from an address such as reports.yourcompany.com and send scheduled emails from your own address. This is included on every plan.

  • Scheduled email reports

Set a dashboard to email itself to a client or manager on a schedule, or share a live link or a PDF export.

  • Calculated widgets and markup

Build your own metrics from data in any integration, and add a markup to cost widgets, for example 20% for management fees, before the client sees them.

  • Comments and widget notes

Add section headers, formatted comment boxes and notes on single widgets so the report explains the numbers instead of leaving the client to guess.

  • AI Insights

Every plan gets four preset AI summaries per dashboard: summary, opportunities, wins and issues. The paid Pro add-on adds a chat mode and lets you store context about each client's goals.

  • MCP connector for Claude and ChatGPT

Connect your AI assistant to your DashThis account to ask about client numbers in plain language. It can write a comment into a dashboard or create one after asking you first, and it cannot delete anything.

Pricing

Questions people ask

How much does DashThis cost?

On November 4, 2026, Individual costs $54 a month, Professional $164, Business $324 and Standard from $499. Paying yearly brings those to $44, $139, $279 and $429 a month. Standard rises as you add dashboards past 50.

Does DashThis have a free trial or free plan?

There is no free plan. The free trial lasts 14 days and lets you build up to 10 dashboards. When it ends your dashboards stay saved but locked until you choose a plan.

Is DashThis an SEO tool?

DashThis reports on SEO but does not do SEO research itself. It pulls rankings, traffic and backlink figures from Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Semrush, Moz, Ahrefs, WebCEO and keyword.com into client reports. You still need one of those tools to collect the data.

Can I white-label DashThis reports?

Yes, on every plan. You can remove DashThis branding, use your own logo and colors, share dashboards from your own domain and send automated emails from your own address.

What counts as a data source?

Each connected account counts once, such as one Google Analytics property or one ad account, as long as it is attached to at least one dashboard. Archived or unused sources do not count, so you can archive old clients to free up room.

Can I add data from a platform DashThis does not integrate with?

Yes. You can upload a CSV file or connect a Google Sheet, and the figures appear in your dashboards next to the native integrations.

Who makes DashThis?

DashThis is a brand of Moment Zero Inc., a Canadian company. Its terms are governed by the laws of Quebec.
