Features & Functionality

Pros: I got Windscribe after it was recommended to me by a friend. We have problems with hacking in my college, so I decided to invest in making sure that all my work remains secure. It has worked very well. My research data has never been hacked and I am no longer worried about it falling into the wrong hands. Since it allows me 10 simultaneous connections I have allowed my housemates to use it too, and we have one connection to the TV which allows us to stream shows for free.

Cons: My only problem with Windscribe is the customer service bot. Getting it to understand what you want can be an uphill task. I think using real humans would make Windscribe a much better service and it doesn't cost that much. Other than that, Windscribe is a good VPN.
