Pros: We bought this tool because we wondered whether it would give us better insights to help our client accounts rank better. There are some things that it's great for... It's very quick when it's analyzing sites. If you need metrics right away this is a good tool to have. It's quite easy to use and has a nice user interface. It gives good, comprehensive ranking reports. The ability to whitelabel is a plus.

Cons: There are some things that the team can improve. For some features you get limited use each month. If you want to use them more you have to pay extra. Also, sometimes the technical alerts can be inaccurate. When you receive an alert and then check, you find everything is okay. This is concerning, because it makes you wonder whether the rest of the data it produces is accurate.
