Pros: I have a big and active family, so having them stay indoors full time has been challenging. I decided to expand TV options by buying Unlocator and so far the kids love it. They can access content from a variety of different channels, and there is a lot of children's content to keep them occupied for hours at a time.
Cons: Unlocator is rather straightforward to use. The instructions provided on the site were sufficient for us to install and get it working. I have not had to contact customer support yet, so I don't know how well it works.
