It's not a bad tool. However, an overhaul would make it able to compete with some of the best in the SEO tools category.

Pros: I've given Raven 3 stars all the way knowing fully well that there are some people who feel it deserves more. It's not a bad tool, but there are better ones in the market. There are certain things I really like about it... It brings together data from different platforms which is useful when you want to know where you should focus. Reports are clean, simple and easy to understand. It works to some degree as a keyword tracker. The site audit feature is good for identifying basic issues

Cons: The analytics tool is sometimes inaccurate. Compare it to Google Analytics from time to time and you will see a difference in stats. This software sometimes experiences significant down time, and it can be quite inconveniencing. The dashboard can be organized in a better way so that it's easier to find what one is looking for. Lastly, the Chrome extension just doesn't work...each time I try to use it I run into problems and the support desk hasn't been of help.
