My favorite feature is the high open rate that I experience ever since I created an account with Platformly. And also that is very intuitive to use. That I can create attractive custom-tailored emails. Love the option to customize my dashboard. Great support. Easy integrations with dozens of SaaS apps. Being able to connect my Facebook business page. High-converting landing page and signup forms. Love the option to create a repeatable sales process that will automatically send emails whenever a lead moves from one stage to the next. The Link Tracking feature is one the top notch features that I love.

Cons: I had not found the first thing that I dislike. Well, maybe the learning curve that I experience was a bit to long for me. But then I have to say that I'm lazy and I didn't want to read or watch the video tutorials. But after looking a the the tutorials, it only took me a few minutes to manage it.
