Pros: ease of use of the backend and also the User Interface is veryvery friendly and intuitive! a lot of powerful intergations will allo wyou to be creative in building the automations you desire fo your communications
Cons: Not tooo many to dislike, bu there goes: the licenseing system is quite complicated to undersatnd, having to mix users and dashboards... besides that, there is a bit to recoup at the quality of their builder.
