Pros: it is a very feature rich application with which you can almost do everything in marketing automation and marketing management. (e.g. automation like sending welcome messages to new users or sending a newsletter to a certain segment of the users)
Cons: platformly can be a little slow sometimes and at the beginning it is very complicated to get started. You need to find out how everything works together and support sometimes takes a little long to respond.
