Pros: It's a solid marketing automation platform for us. Good segmentation and lots of triggers/actions built in. Solid roadmap ahead. The ability to build custom funnel reports helps us optimize each step.
Cons: Platformly is a newer marketing automation system but has a solid roadmap coming. The interface is a bit complicated to learn at first but it gets a lot easier with a bit of time. It's very powerful once you know where to click.
