Pros: What I like best is the combination of email templates with custom fields that can be sent either as a drip campaign or as a more complex logical campaign using their automation section. The automations can be triggered by segments or tags or custom fields and you can populate those via Zapier, webhooks, or other native integrations like Convertful.
Cons: They are biting off a lot in the platform. They also do landing page building, email HTML building, link tracking, and more. All those features are not as good as other competing products and I would like to keep my landing pages and forms separate and integrate with the marketing automation pieces (which I do). But I think the large vision pulls the development effort in a lot of directions versus a core focus.
