Features & Functionality

Pros: There are certain things that would be difficult to accomplish without Moz Pro. The Domain Authority feature tells me right away whether or not a site will rank. It's very easy to set up, and teaching clients how to use it to monitor their sites takes no time. It produces great reports that are customizable and easy to understand. I also like that it does a good job of KW research.

Cons: There are things I think can be better with Moz Pro. The first is that it can be difficult to understand and use. When we have a new member in the team it takes a while to get them up to speed. Also, at the price, they can automate more functions. It takes a lot of time to manually do some work that's automated in similar software. Lastly, with several new more powerful tools already in the market that automate a lot of SEO functions, Moz Pro may soon be obsolete. It works for now, but it can be better.
