Pros: As a company trainer I'm often required to prepare quick videos to explain new concepts to employees, or existing workflows to new hires. Doodly has proved invaluable for this task as I can come up with these videos in minutes to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
Cons: I wish they would add a live chat to the customer service desk. When I occasionally need help I have to wait an hour or two after submitting a ticket for someone from the team to get back to me. Other than that, I am happy with the software.
