Pros: Many of our clients often want simple videos to explain how to use their products and services for maximum benefit and I have found Doodly very useful in this respect. With a large collection of original images I am able to provide just clients need. It's easy to use and saves me time.
Cons: Two things could be better: the first is customer service...they can reduce their response time, or install live chat. Also, there is a lot of upselling which I think is unnecessary because Doodly is good as it is, and clients can figure out when they need additional features.
