Pros: If you struggle with leads I recommend Convertful. It helped me in more ways than I can talk about in this review. The segmentation module gave me an understanding of site visitors and I was able to personalize messages using widgets. I use the gamification popups often to entice visitors to join my email list. I have lower cart abandonment rates since I started using this software.
Cons: Nothing. I haven't explored all the modules yet. For the ones that I use on a regular basis, I can say that they have given my Amazon affiliate business a big boost. I will use more of the available tools over time.
