Pros: I bought this software specifically to be able to increase conversion rates by pesonalizing user experience. The customization module is great for this. The widgets help me minimize cart abandonment rates and with the templates I have done a few user surveys that have been very helpful for segmentation.
Cons: It can be a little difficult to master, mostly because there are so many features packed in one software. I would urge you to stick with it. Over time you will get familiar with most of the features and if you implement them, you will see great results.
