It may be a good VPN that works for some, but I don't think I'll be renewing my subscription unless something drastic happens regarding speeds.

Pros: I had lots of hope for Windscribe. I saw excellent reviews from happy users so I decided to buy it. Unfortunately, it hasn't been a smooth experience for me. Everything about this VPN works just as promised except for speed. I get around 5Mbps from my service provider and when I turn on Windscribe this slows down to around 500 kbps. This is very frustrating for me as I often download large files. It seems not be be a universal problem - some people have no problems at all.
Cons: The speed is my main problem. I have contacted customer support many times - not easy - but nothing seems to work. We have changed settings and re-installed many times but the speeds are still too slow.
