Pros: I moved to Hong Kong about a year ago and to my frustration I could not access most of the TV channels I watch at home. I decided to try out IPVanish when I realized that most of the expatriates around me use a VPN to access channels like ESPN and BBC iPlayer. It has worked very well and my viewing is back to normal.
Cons: In the time I have used IPVanish I've been happy with its performance. I'm new to VPNs, and a non-technical user, so I think I'm bound to encounter fewer obstacles. So far I am happy with this software.
