Pros: I bought this because we were worried about losing data to hackers. So far it has worked like a charm. Everyone in my office has managed to stay anonymous on all their devices whether they work from home or in the office. The office setup is connected through routers, so we are able to connect every device in the company, and we haven't had any problems so far.
Cons: The only problem I've encountered is with customer service. Sometimes it takes a while for them to respond, I wish they could be faster. If I could contact them by phone it would speed things up. The live chat isn't so bad so long as you aren't in a rush.
