Pros: I gave this software a 5-star rating because it does everything it promises to do and more. I've been able to implement it with ease, my employees learnt to use it in a short time, and it has helped us generate more leads than any other tools that we have used in the past.
Cons: I would like to see a few more customizations as I work in retail and we deal with all sorts of people. That said, the existing ones have worked well for us so far, and I know that there are customizations on the roadmap.
