Pros: Awesome automatization app. A way to implement a segmentation plan that focuses on very small market segments, down to the level of the individual. It's robust, deeply connected and integrated within itself, and it's truly an all-in-one for us.
Cons: We are delighted with the current features. In the beginning, we weren't entirely sure what I was getting ourself into when we started the trial, but we didn't know. Sure, we knew the overarching idea, but we didn't realise how deeply things would integrate. We didn't feel the website explained it enough, nor did it seem like a simple process for a new user like myself
