Pros: I loved how it combines everything I need for my marketing automation in one platform. CRM, Email, Optin Forms, Landing Pages. It has by far the best CRM for a marketing tool. I would recommend it for this alone. It helps me keep all my contact information, notes and purchase histories in one place.
Cons: Initially, the lack of onboarding but this has been addressed recently and is not an issue anymore. At the moment I just wish that we have more opt-in forms, especially inline forms and I also wish I had more flexibility on the design customizations. This is still lacking in this product.
