Features & Functionality

Pros: Platform.ly is an excellent automation tool with lots of advanced marketing features. We use it to get real-time dashboard data, growth management, and user interaction tracking. With Platform.ly, we can save several hours of work each week, and use this valuable time to focus on spending time with our clients and further growing our agency.

Cons: The only downside we found was that there is no phone number only import support for contacts (email is always required). This is a feature that would work great with phone call tracking software. The tool would save us even more time if contacts were automatically imported after placing an incoming phone call from a call tracking service via a webhook or Zapier. Unfortunately, this feature is not yet supported, but we hope that this feature is considered and gets implemented soon.
