Pros: Very feature complete. We've set this up for multiple clients as the central management to manage multiple projects. It never had any issues and can easily integrate into other serivces via zapier what we did.
Cons: We never experienced any issues except some small ones. We have been using an integration with Amazon SES often and it did not always work immediately. It also did not support a custom domain (yet) - but their support was always super responsive and helpful.
