Features & Functionality
Pros: What I love most about it is that it has many features in one place: email, forms, reports, link tracking and more. You only need one tool instead of many. The price is quite affordable and it has many integrations. No need for Zapier and other tools.
Cons: The UI and UX are not the best. It has many features but they are not always as complete as some of the competitors that are product specific would have. The email builder could be better in my opinion and easier to use
