I like it in general. The only con is the traning part. I wish there are some video tuts on how to use the full potential of the app. Other than that its a great soft.

Pros: The email automation feature is the best on the market. It's very easy to setup and broadcast emails to your subscribers. It's also easy to create automation part. You can create sequence of emails and send to based on the settings you set.
Cons: the support is very important for me. I always try the support before jumping into the soft. they are very professional and always online. I even contacted them several times during the weekend and I always got answers!
