It divides customer’s data by their characteristics such as – at what time maximum user’s signup for various products, at what time they left the service etc.

There are two types of cohort analysis:-

Behaviour cohort analysis:-  it shows that why customers left your service.

The kind of analysis helps you to assess the performance of your marketing and ultimately help in reducing your churn level rate so, you can make a proper marketing strategy for your marketing campaign.
