As we all know that churn is bad for any businesses. In this whole world, there is not a single business who didn’t lose their valuable customer.

Churn significantly affected to the business revenue. If your churn rate is high then the revenue churn will be also high.

Revenue churn increased because customer deactivates their subscription plan or downgrade their subscriptions.

  • Why they canceled their subscription?
  • Which things troubled them?
  • Why are they not satisfied with the service?
  • Are other services offering more for less money?
