MailerLite suits a small team that sends a regular newsletter and a few automated sequences and wants its landing pages, pop-ups and digital product sales in the same place. Paid plans start low, at $12 a month for 500 subscribers, and every plan, including Free, gets the drag-and-drop editor, A/B testing and an MCP server for Claude and ChatGPT. The free plan is small now: 250 subscribers and 2,500 emails a month. Comfort caps you at 50 automations and 10 forms, and live chat support starts on Power.

Main features
Three email editors
Every plan, including Free, gets a drag-and-drop editor, a rich-text editor and a custom HTML editor. The drag-and-drop editor has more than 70 content blocks, including surveys, quizzes, countdown timers and coupons.
Visual automations
You build welcome series and follow-ups on a canvas that reacts to what subscribers do. Free allows 3 automations, Comfort 50 and Power unlimited, and only Power lets one automation start from more than one trigger.
Websites, landing pages and a blog
Build a landing page or a small site with a blog from prebuilt sections and publish it without separate hosting. Free includes one website and one landing page, Comfort 10 in total, and Power unlimited.
Sign-up forms and pop-ups
Embedded forms, teaser and promotion pop-ups and a spin-the-wheel pop-up, with rules for when each one appears. The limit is 3 on Free, 10 on Comfort and unlimited on Power.
Digital products, bookings and paid newsletters
Sell ebooks, downloads, booked sessions or paid newsletter subscriptions through Stripe, which takes one-time or recurring payments in more than 100 currencies. Free allows one product or booking, Comfort five and Power unlimited.
Shopify and WooCommerce
The integrations sync customers, import products and start automations when someone buys. Reports show the revenue each campaign brought in.
A/B and multivariate testing
A/B testing of subject lines, sender names and send times is on every plan. Comfort adds multivariate tests and campaign auto-resend to people who didn't open.
HeyLite AI tools

MCP server

Paid plans rise with your active subscriber count: Comfort is $19 at 1,000 subscribers, $33 at 2,500, $49 at 5,000, $89 at 10,000, $179 at 25,000 and $319 at 50,000; Power is $39, $49, $69, $129, $239 and $389 at the same sizes. Comfort lets you send 10 times your subscriber tier each month (10,000 emails at 1,000 subscribers), and Power has no monthly cap under a fair use policy. Unsubscribed and bounced contacts don't count toward your bill. Nonprofits get 30% off paid plans, and only one discount applies at a time.

Yes, the free plan covers up to 250 subscribers and 2,500 emails a month for 2 users, with campaigns, 3 automations, 3 forms, a website and a landing page. If your active subscribers go over 250, MailerLite locks your campaigns and automations until you upgrade or remove subscribers. New accounts also get 14 days of premium features without a credit card.
How much does MailerLite cost?
As of November 4, 2026, Comfort starts at $12 a month and Power at $25 a month for 500 subscribers, billed monthly. At 1,000 subscribers they cost $19 and $39, and at 10,000 subscribers $89 and $129. Paying yearly takes 10% off.
What is the difference between Comfort and Power?
Both plans have the same editors, AI tools and integrations. Comfort caps you at 3 users, 50 automations, 10 forms, 10 sites, 5 digital products and 10 times your subscriber tier in monthly emails, with email support. Power removes those caps, lets automations start from several triggers and adds 24/7 live chat.
How does MailerLite count subscribers?
You pay for active subscribers, which means anyone with an active status in your account. People who have unsubscribed or bounced don't count toward your plan.
Can MailerLite send transactional emails?
Not from MailerLite itself. Order confirmations, password resets and other app emails go through MailerSend, a separate product from the same company with its own pricing.
Does MailerLite have a mobile app?
There is an iOS app, MailerLite Manager, for the current version of MailerLite. It shows your results, manages subscribers and sends rich-text campaigns, but drag-and-drop and HTML campaigns need a computer. MailerLite's site doesn't mention an Android app.
Can I add more targeted pop-ups to MailerLite?
