Features & Functionality
Pros: I really enjoy the email marketing automation that this tool provides. The Support team is amazing and always ready to provide assistance. They are adding features based on customer request. I like the fact of having all in one place, from email marketing, to CRM, link tracking, landing pages.
Cons: I would like to see a more polished user interface. The tool is fast and easy to use but I would like to see a better internal design. The email builder and landing page builder need to be further improved.
