Pros: Excellent platform, fast and easy to use. Platformly has helped us automate our email follow-up. This tool has it all for customer generation and maintenance. Its new website editor is quite powerful and has a good road map to come to compete with the big ones
Cons: The user interface needs updating, it's very simple. Some of the templates look simple. The mail service needs more work but overall it works as expected. Really lacking a full-fledged designer of emails as others email services.
